At Just Iris we are an event agency specialised in organising all kinds of events and festivals. We are looking for an experienced Senior Stylist who can guide our team in coming up with new ideas and concepts and who can make something special of every event.
We believe in the power of creativity and how it can help in organising unforgettable events. Right now we are looking for a Senior Stylist who can strengthen our team and contribute to developing new concepts.
Verantwoordelijkheden
As Senior Stylist at Just Iris, you are responsible for guiding teams, preparing quotes, managing budgets and monitoring the progress of the event from start to finish. You think along with clients and know how to bring their vision to life.
You are a creative thinker and have experience developing new concepts and ideas for events and festivals. You are good at guiding teams and leading projects, and you have a talent for styling and dressing spaces. You know how to stay within the agreed budgets and always keep a sharp eye on the details.

Qualifications
As Senior Stylist at Just Iris, there are certain skills and qualities we look for in our ideal candidate.
- To start with, you are a highly structured person who always keeps the overview, even in the most stressful situations. You are able to solve complex problems and find creative solutions that fit the client’s wishes perfectly.
- You are creative and have a passion for building and making things. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and you have the ability to turn concepts into reality.
- A 9-to-5 mentality is not who you are. You are dedicated to your work and you know that organising events sometimes means long hours and weekend work.
- As a team player you can take the lead when needed, but you also know when it is time to collaborate and value other people’s input.
- You are not afraid of challenges and you know how to keep yourself and your team motivated during difficult moments.
- A basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Canva and social media is essential for the work of a Senior Stylist at Just Iris. You also have an eye for taking photos and creating imagery that captures events perfectly.
- You have a talent for finding the best suppliers and products, and you know how to build good relationships with suppliers and clients.
- You have a sharp sense of spaces and how they can be laid out in the best possible way for an event. You know how to manage budgets and how to set them based on the client’s wishes.
