SThree Summer Party 2024: A Triumph of Experience
This year we once again had the honour of organising the annual SThree Summer Party at the beautiful, trendy venue Lief Amsterdam. This spectacular event was a true experience, and at Just Iris we did everything we could to create an unforgettable atmosphere.
SThree’s brand colours – pink, cream and bold black – were woven in everywhere, subtly and stylishly, with a touch of silver as an accent. From the moment guests entered the venue they were immersed in an enchanting atmosphere that fitted the company’s identity perfectly.
Food always plays a crucial role in our events, and the SThree Summer Party was no exception. The carefully composed menu delighted guests’ taste buds with a variety of delicious dishes and refreshing drinks, available all evening.
At Just Iris we believe in delivering total event solutions. For SThree we delivered a full-service event including:
- Finding a suitable venue for 550 people, including a TED Talk set-up, party and walking dinner.
- AV and technical production: Carefully arranged for a flawless delivery of presentations and entertainment.
- Venue styling: Creative, thematic dressing that brought SThree’s brand colours and atmosphere to life.
- Transport: Logistics planning for a smooth and efficient arrival and departure of guests and materials.
- Tailor-made marketing branding: Branding and communication designed specifically for the event.
- Payments and single point of contact: Coordinating payments and acting as the central contact for all suppliers.
- We are proud of our in-house event manager, the always enthusiastic Hannah Swaan, who plays a crucial role in coordinating this event every year. Her commitment and expertise contribute to the success of every aspect of the party.
The SThree Summer Party 2024 was an absolute triumph, and we are proud to have been part of such an impressive event. We want to thank everyone who was there and every company that continues to trust us with their events.
At Just Iris we always strive for excellence, and we look forward to organising another unforgettable Summer Party next year. Would you like a full-service event too? We are always open to a coffee and a conversation about the possibilities.
